The SofSurfaces duraTRAIN Rubber Fitness Flooring Tile is a 1.25 in (32 mm) all-in-one interlocking rubber tile engineered for the heaviest-use areas of a fitness facility. Built on a solid-core impact pedestal base and connected with the patented KROSLOCK® locking system, duraTRAIN is designed for free-weight drop zones, functional training areas, and high-impact health clubs where durability and sound control both matter. Rigorously tested in Division 1 school and commercial fitness environments, duraTRAIN is backed by sofSURFACES' commercial warranties and more than ten years of product development.

Each tile sits on 121 raised, solid-core pedestals that absorb point-load impact and vibration from dropped weights and fitness rigs. The wear layer is engineered to be fire resistant and slip resistant, rated for more than 400,000 repeated impacts at 800 lbs of blunt force. The omni-directional KROSLOCK® locking mechanism joins tiles without adhesive, keeping the installed floor non-shifting and non-separating under constant use. duraTRAIN is available in Plus Series solid colors or Premium 10 Series EPDM color blends and is FloorScore® certified for indoor air quality.
