Return Policy

How to Make a Return

• Please contact Ardent Fitness for a Return Authorization number to accompany the product you’re returning.

• We ask that all returns be clearly marked with the Return Authorization number and are shipped back in like-new condition in the original boxes.

• We do require that you provide trackable return shipping to our facility, to ensure your return is as smooth as possible.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once the item is received back in our warehouse.

Return Policy Details

• Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and installation/set up costs and return pick-up handling charges.

• If the product(s)/equipment is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Ardent Fitness reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at our sole discretion.

• Restocking charges apply to certain products. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee for all items returned without their original boxes.

• In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

• Custom items (flooring, lockers) and commercially-warranted products are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us for more information.

• Enjoy an extra level of comfort buying Zogics branded products knowing they are backed by a happiness guarantee that never expires. Used Zogics branded products can be returned at any time for a full refund (minus shipping charges).
