Nautilus Mid Row Station | Isolated Middle-Back Training with Lock N Load® Speed
The Nautilus Mid Row Station is designed to target and strengthen the muscles of the middle back and shoulders, using a swiveling pulley and adjustable resistance settings that let users customize intensity to their fitness level and goals. It isolates the mid-back in a way general rowing movements often can't, making it a focused add-on rather than a full replacement machine. The new Mid Row can be added to new orders or retrofit onto existing Nautilus multi-station units already in the field, using the unit's existing Low Row position and weight stack.
Swiveling Pulley Path with Field-Retrofit Compatibility
The swiveling pulley delivers a user-defined path of motion with unlimited high-low cable positioning, so lifters can find the exact line of pull that isolates their mid-back rather than fighting a fixed-angle handle. A 2:1 pulley ratio and Nautilus's patented Lock N Load® technology combine for fast, safe weight changes: color-coded switches engage the stack with a simple flick, no pins to lose and no maintenance required. Stabilization handles and independent rubber foot platforms keep users braced through the pull, with large rubber grips for pushing into position and smaller grips for the pulling phase itself.
