After completing the assessment, your group will review the results with an OxeFit trainer and receive an Overhead Squat Assessment Chart, including targeted exercises and stretches to address any imbalances identified. You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss and add personalized training to your schedule—streamlining progress and aligning workouts with your group’s specific performance goals. Following purchase, an OxeFit trainer will contact you to schedule the assessment based on your XS1 delivery status.
