Intenza DL-05 Back Extension | Cam-Driven Protection for the Spinal Erectors
The Intenza DL-05 Back Extension safely strengthens the spinal erectors by preventing excessive spinal flexion through a supportive lumbar pad. The cam-driven, bell-shaped resistance profile is heaviest at 30° of hip flexion – when the erectors are strongest – then gradually lightens toward the end of the range of motion, preventing high-risk overloading of the spine at the beginning and end of each rep.
