Eleiko IWF Weightlifting Training Weight Set - 185 kg, women, RC | NxG Training Bar, Plates & Collars

The Eleiko IWF Weightlifting Training Weight Set - 185 kg, women, RC delivers the quality and performance of the competition set without the added expense of exact competition calibration. Built around the Eleiko IWF Weightlifting Training Bar, 15 kg, the set adds Weightlifting Training Plates in pairs of 25, 20, 15, and 10 kg, plus rubber-coated Training Change Plates from 0.5 to 5 kg.

Competition-Caliber Feel & Training-Hall Durability

The training bar shares the same Eleiko Steel construction and Optimal Rotation System™ as the competition version, so lifters build technique on equipment that feels like the platform. Rubber-coated (RC) change plates are calibrated for repeatable loading, and a Competition Collar pair secures every plate through high-volume sessions.
