- Front Functionality: Enjoy versatile workouts with dual front adjustable swiveling pulleys, offering 23 height positions. Easily adjust heights by releasing the pop pin and sliding the pulleys to your preference. Laser-etched numbers ensure precise alignment.
- Low-Level Intensity: Experience targeted exercises with dual independent low pulleys at the rear, perfect for rows, bicep curls, and core workouts.
- Reach New Heights: Elevate your routine with dual independent swiveling high pulleys located at the rack's top rear. Utilize the included lat bar or single handles for comprehensive shoulder, back, and arm workouts.
- If you currently have the F431 Lat/Low Row Option, please note that it will need to be removed as it will no longer function with this setup.
