The 50 lbs Silent Steel Weight Stack Upgrade is an option that is intended for use with our Hoist Fitness V Elite, V Select, and Mi1 home gyms. Note: this is not a full gym. Home gyms sold separately. Each solid steel individual plate receives pressed-in industrial plastic bushings and then is machined to exacting specifications to insure glass smooth operation plus eliminating any metal to metal contact or sound.
