The Power Plate my7 vibration trainer is the first full-body home vibration machine that features proMOTION technology that produces increased dynamic movement for effective Acceleration Training. proMOTION uses high-strength polymer cables that optimize the vibrations generated by the machine platform directly to the muscles targeted.
