Need to add more weight to your Hyper Vest PRO, ELITE, FIT or other Tactical Weighted Vest? Additional 5 lbs booster boxes are available for the PRO & ELITE, and additional 3 lbs booster boxes are available for the FIT.

The blue and red Hyperwear Flexible Weight™ vest 9 and 6 lb plates sold in pairs (18lbs and 12 lbs total) are fully adjustable for progressive loading in 1/2 lb increments and fit in plate carriers for high intensity training, rucking, strength or agility. Weights can easily be removed or added in 1/2 lbs increments unlike traditional plates that are not adjustable. Any tactical weight vest for men or women will be more comfortable and perform better with the weight training load curving close to your body with our patent pending flexible, adjustable plates.

Innovation starts with the fundamentals. Hyperwear created the smallest adjustable weight vest weights for the Hyper Vest® PRO and ELITE performance adjustable weight vests. Zinc-plated galvanized steel is used for density and rust resistance. The small size keeps the Hyper Vest comfortably against your body for top performance and thin fit. For the FIT and the TAC adjustable flexible plates, Hyperwear invented 1/2 pound containers that are Made in the USA from 100% recycled steel shot. Choose the correct weights for your model:

PRO and ELITE: Booster boxes with 5 lbs of individual weights can be installed using the included tool or by hand by simply using a finger to open the individual weight pockets and sliding the weight in place. Fold the elasticated pocket flap back in place to ensure weight is held in place. Pockets in the Hyper Vest PRO and ELITE can hold two. Maximum capacity is based on the number of pockets and depends on the size of your vest.

FIT: individual weights are 1/2 pound and one fits per pocket. If you buy a 5 lb vest you will have 10 empty pockets available to load to the 10 lb maximum capacity.

Hyperwear TACTICAL Flexible Plates: are offered in pairs of 6 lbs and 9 lbs trapezoidal shape plates. You can full adjust the weight of the plate by removing and adding 1/2 lb individual weights that are included. The rectangular 10 lb plates are compatible with the Hyperwear TAC tactical style weight vest and only sold with the TAC vest and not sold separately. The 6 and 9 lb blue trapezoidal shape plates are compatible with the Hyper Vest TAC, WOLF TACTICAL Adjustable Weight Vest (NOT Wolf "Quick-Release" model vest), 5.11 TacTec® Plate Carrier (NOT 5.11 “TRAINER” vest) , GFIRE Tactical Vest, TRIBE WOD and most vests that hold large SAPI plates. Flexible Plates are 1/4 wider than the large SAPI standard. Use in place of 8.75 lb solid iron plates. Remove a few weights to hit MURPH 20lb standard. Not compatible with Bear Komplex, Condor, NorthGym, 5.11 Trainer Weight Vest (does fit original 5.11 TacTec plate carrier), Wolf Tactical "Quick Release" weight vest (does fit original Wolf Tactical adjustable weight vest).  The 6 lbs plates are small and compatible with Bear Komplex, Rogue, Goruck Training Weight Vest, Condor, NorthGym, 5.11 Weight Vest, WOLF Tactical.
